Objective To investigate and analyze the glycosylated hemoglobin and fasting blood glucose test in the screening of diabetes clinical value. Methods 128 cases of health examination in our hospital from January 2014 to September2015 were randomly selected, and all of the researchers were screened for diabetes. The number of diabetic patients was detected by fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin and two detection methods. Results Were used to examine fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin were used to screen for diabetic patients, screening positive rate, the difference was not statistically significant(χ2=0.20, P 0.05). Were used to examine fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin in diabetic patients for screening results, and glycosylated hemoglobin combined with fasting blood glucose detection method of screening results compared, screening positive rate differences was statistically significant(χ2=1.80, 3.15, P0.05). Conclusion The method can significantly improve the positive screening rate, detect more people with diabetes, and can be used for the screening and early treatment, which has high clinical application value.
