Evaluating patterns of co-occurrence between cutaneous and noncutaneous immune-related adverse events after immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy

To the Editor: Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) are associated with the development of immune-mediated toxicities that can involve multiple organ systems and manifest discontinuously over the course of cancer therapy.1-3 Although prior research has identified patterns related to cutaneous immune-related adverse event (cirAE) morphologies and the development of other specific immune-related adverse event (irAE) subtypes,1,2 studies have been largely limited to single-institution analyses with small sample sizes.
