Dynamic kinetic resolution of tert-alcohols via combination of a lipase/Brønsted acid in a biphasic reaction medium

A green process for the synthesis of optically active tert -alcohols has been developed by combining lipase- and H 2 SO 4 -catalysed reactions in a biphasic recycling flow system.
