摘要
Abstract Nurse burnout has emerged as a major healthcare concern globally, especially in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. This article presents a meta-analysis of research studies conducted between 2020 and 2024 to assess the prevalence, causes, and consequences of burnout among nurses. The analysis also explores coping mechanisms and institutional interventions. Findings suggest alarmingly high levels of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and reduced personal accomplishment among nurses, indicating an urgent need for policy changes and workforce support.
