摘要
With the advancement of the application research of edge computing and IoT technology in instrumentation, this paper takes the new instrumentation with edge computing capability as the research object, and designs a remote operation and maintenance and intelligent analysis platform for edge computing instrumentation from the perspective of application scenario requirements. The platform includes a four-layer functional structure, namely the data access layer, the data operation storage layer, the application service layer, and the interface management layer. The platform realizes the compatibility of different communication protocols, massive data management, predictive and complex business analysis logic calculation and interconnection with third-party application systems. It can achieve the effect of intelligent analysis, fault diagnosis, predictive maintenance and full life cycle management of remote instrumentation equipment. Through the application in the sewage treatment plant, the platform realizes the comprehensive supervision of the on-site treatment process. It can effectively predict the failure of the field instrument, improve the guarantee ability of the reliable operation of the field process and the reliable operation of the equipment, and realize unattended operation. It saves operating costs for sewage treatment plants and has great economic and social benefits.
