The present study performs an analysis of a trigeneration system using a gas turbine and an absorption chiller working with the pair BrLi-H2O applied to an office building, running at different regimes in response to the thermal load. Both devices considered are commercialised and the office building is part of a service building complex located in Lisbon and currently in the project phase. This study shows that with this system and for the office considered, small savings in primary energy can be achieved, when compared with vapour compression systems.
