Antinuclear antibodies define a subgroup of paraneoplastic neuropathies: clinical and immunological data

Paraneoplastic neuropathy is a heterogeneous disorder. ANA may define a subgroup of paraneoplastic neuropathy with different clinical and immunological features and may be related to better prognosis of the neuropathic symptoms.
