Synthesis and Characterization of Heterodinuclear Complexes Pentacarbonyl[(dimethylaminomethyl)ferrocene]molybdenum and Pentacarbonyl[(dimethylaminomethyl)ferrocene]tungsten

(Dimethylaminomethyl)ferrocene (HFcR, R = CH 2 NMe 2 ) reacts with Mo(CO) 6 and W(CO) 6 under substitution of one CO group and formation of the donor-acceptor complexes of the formula HFcR·M(CO) 5 (M = Mo, W). These yellow microcrystalline derivatives were characterized by mass, UV-VIS, IR, NMR and Mössbauer spectroscopy.
