Chemical synthesis and bioactive research of Dihydromyricetin-manganese complex

A new metal complexs of Dihydromyricetin was synthesized by reacting Dihydromyricetin with Mn(Ac) ₂ ·2H ₂ O in ethannol solution. The best conditions for the production rate were: T=70°C, pH=7.5, t=60min. C ₁₅ H ₁₂ O ₈ Mn·6H ₂ O was characterized by IR, UV, AAS and TG. Meanwhile, C ₁₅ H ₁₂ O ₈ Mn·6H ₂ O can be regarded as effective potential agents and it is worthy of being investigated continually.
