Airway immune profiles and therapeutic implications of IGF1 in eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis

This repository archives the processed datasets and custom analysis code associated with the manuscript "Airway immune profiles and therapeutic implications of IGF1 in eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis". These resources are provided to support transparency, reproducibility, and re-use of the analyses presented in the article. The archive includes: Seurat object (combined_annotated.RDS): Represents the fully processed single-cell dataset, containing major cell-type annotations, complete metadata, normalised expression matrices, and dimensionality reduction embeddings (UMAP/t-SNE). Source Code (EGPA_scRNA-main.zip): Contains the custom R scripts and workflows used for data processing, statistical analysis, and figure generation as detailed in the manuscript. All datasets are provided in their final curated form exactly as used in the publication. No additional preprocessing is required. Detailed descriptions of sample information, analytical workflows, and experimental procedures can be found in the Methods section of the manuscript. Users are free to reuse the data and code for research and educational purposes under the terms of the licence associated with this deposit.
