Broadband Service Rollout of Incumbent Telcos

this paper gives a general picture of fu- ture development of broadband services, analyzes the advantages enjoyed by incumbent telcos in the broadband competition and summarizes the prin- ciples for incumbents to roll out broadband services. Based on this, the paper further brings forward a broadband roll-out solution.
