Application of Cornstarch as Auxiliary Materials in Beer Brewing

The application of cornstarch as auxiliary materials in beer brewing was studied in this paper and the research results suggested that proper cornstarch use could not only reduce the beer brewing cost but also promote beer fermentation degree, beer color density, total acid content and beer non-biological stability (compared with beer produced by original techniques).
