摘要
Sensors located in the olfactory nerve dendrites odorant receptor membrane proteins interact with cognate ligand chemical signals into neural activity in insect antennae. Before odorant receptor interaction,these hydrophobic ligand must enter and pass through the water environment containing highly aggregated smell degrading enzymes,odor and odor molecules OBP-binding protein interaction,in the water chamber and the sensor trichomes odor molecules at the interface with the wall of the binding,by diffusion through the water chamber,will be transported to the nerve cell membrane receptors odor. After receiving the incoming central nervous system,the sensory organs of the central nervous system integrated all the received signal,and finally made the organ to produce behavioral responses. The molecular mechanisms of insect accepted odorant was discussed.
