Studied is the feasibility of using coupled acoustic-structural analysis to simulate an underwater explosion involving a warship.Several models of typical warship underwater explosions were analyzed using the finite element analysis program ABAQUS.The program's suitability and methods for numerical analysis of warship underwater explosion are summarized and experimental data is compared. The results show that using this numerical analysis method can simulate the real behaviors of a warship underwater explosion, and the calculations have good agreement with experimental results.
