A Theoretical Study of Impacts of Knowledge Integration on Performance of Innovation in University

Based on the specific situation of teams in colleges and universities,this paper adopts the methods of literature review and comparative analysis to build the model on the mechanism of knowledge integration,the performance of team innovation as well as the relationship between the two.Then six research hypotheses of the knowledge integration mechanism in interdisciplinary teams by team knowledge and team knowledge creating ability to have an impact on the team innovation performance are presented.The result helps to provide a new thought and theoretical framework for interdisciplinary teams in colleges and universities to further realize the required conditions and action mechanism of its efficient development.
