Preparation and dielectric properties of PZT/PVDF composite materials

PZT materials possess high dielectric constant,while PVDF has good flexibility.Flexible PZT/PVDF composite materials with certain thickness can be prepared through chemical dissolution,spin coating to form a single layer film and hot compression of multi-layer films into one.The dielectric constant and dielectric loss of the film were measured,compared and analyzed.And it can be derived to be a material with high dielectric constant,low loss and high flexibility.Miniature of microstrip antenna design can be achieved on such a material.
