The curative effect observation of Edaravone and Naloxione for treating 97 patients with acute intracerebral hemorrhage

Objective To observe the curative effect of edaravone and naloxione in the treatment of acute intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 192 patients with acute intracerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups,the control group(n = 95) receiveds routine treatment and edaravone 30 mg,ivgtt,bid for 14 days therapy,while,the study group(n = 97) receiveds routine treatment and edaravone and naloxione,evaluating the curative effect after treating for 30 days.Results Effective rates in the study and control groups were 91.75% and 75.79% respectively(P﹤0.05),There were significantly diffence between the two groups.Conclusion Using edaravone and naloxione for treating acute intracerebral hemorrhage is more effective as compared with using edaravone and worth being spreaded.
