Influencing factors on electrolytic Mn are more than electrolytic MnO2,so we try to study the low temperature electrolysis MnO2 to solve temperature differences on simultaneous electrolysis Mn and MnO2.Titanium plate as the anode in MnCl2-HCl solution and in the MnSO4-H2SO4 solution,ruthenium titanium plate as the anode in MnCl2-HCl solution.We studied temperature impact on the current efficiency and cell voltage of the electrolytic manganese dioxide.The results show that ruthenium titanium plate is as the anode in MnCl2-HCl solution,at low temperature(45℃ pm),electrolytic MnO2 reaches a low and stable cell voltage(~2.7 V)and high current efficiency(45℃,ηA70%;55℃,ηA90%).X diffraction shows that ruthenium titanium plate is as the anode in MnCl2-HCl solution,at 45℃,electrolytic deposition of the material is γ-manganese dioxide.
