An electrochemical sensor based on melorcularly imprinted films for chlorogenic acid(CGA)detection is reported. The sensor was prepared by electropolemerizing o-phenylenediam-ine(OPD) on a glassy carbon electrode in the presence of template chlorogenic acid.Differential pulse voltammetry was applied to investigate the analytical characteristics of the sensor, and indirect analytical method based on K3[Fe(CN)6]which is as electron transfer medium was established. The results indicate that the method has high selectivity and sensitivity, the relative peak current of sensor shows a linear dependance on the concentration of chlorogenic acid in the range of 8.0 × 10-7~ 2.0 × 10-5mol/L,with the detection limit of 1.4 × 10-7mol/L.This sensor was successfully applied to determination of chlorogenic acid in qinggan lidan oral liquid samples with recoveries ranging from 101.6% to 105.5%.
