A system aimed to producing H2O2 was built,in which graphite was used as anode, and a gas diffusion electrode made in carbon nanotubes was used as cathode. The influence of current density on H2O2 producing was studied. When current density was 20mA/cm2,pH was 7,and air flow was 1.3L/min,H2O2 concentration could reach 1036 mg/L in an hour, which was 1.7-fold of the activated carbon gas diffusion electrode under the same condition. The Synergetic effects of anodic-catholic electro-catalytic degradation on direct blue dye were studied in novel electrolyte cell with the cathode of self-made gas diffusion electrode and the anode of Sb-SnO2/Ti.The decolor rate can be 96% in 60min.It was found that first order reaction model can be used for the fitness of direct blue dye removal.
