Optimizal Irrigation Systems of the Main Crops under Well-canal Irrigation Mode in Hetao Irrigation District

Field experiments were conducted to study the irrigation schedules of wheat and sunflower under well-canal in Hetao irrigation district.The results showed that Jensen model could well describe the water quantitative relationship in each growing stages of wheat and sunflower under well canal irrigation mode.The wheat and sunflower both should be irrigated four times in the whole growth period,and the irrigation quotas were 67.5mm,75 mm,75mm,67.5mm and 75 mm,67.5mm,67.5mm,52.5mm respectively.The jointing to flowering stage of wheat and the squaring to flowering stage of sunflower were suitable for well irrigation,the irrigation quotas were 75 mm and 67.5mm,and canal irrigation could be used in corresponding other growth periods.
