Considerations on Establishment of System for Scientific Application of Fertilizer in Jilin Province

Based on analysis of current status of production and application of organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer in Jilin province,the importance to establish scientific organic-inorganic fertilizer application system was explained,and related suggestions on how to establish this system were put forward in the paper.
