The composite fusible core made from low-melting alloy and steel core,by the compression molding process,can be made into complex composite component which is not easy to break away from the mold. In this paper,to overcome the shortage of traditional process,the compression molding with composite fusible core,the selection of composite fusible core and design standard of construction are studied. The results indicate that the composite fusible core is not only feasible but also reliable and energy-efficient in the process,therefore it can improve the efficiency of the usage of low-melting alloy and production evidently.
