Supermarket Multi-Level Inventory and Distribution Optimization Research

This paper is about supermarket supply chain inventory optimization. From the perspective of a multi-level inventory, this paper established a secondary inventory management model of a distribution center which places an order and distributes to each store. Each store maintains inventory under the normal random demand and places its order. At the same time, it takes the relevant transportation costs and customer service levels into account. The studies have universal significance to large and medium-sized supermarkets which have their own distribution centers.
