Moral Courage – What every nurse needs!

One of the most important encounters in the daily lives of nurses is practicing MORAL COURAGE. We all need moral courage as we face the multiple ethical challenges in our workplaces. Nurses need to identify the external and internal inhibitors for taking action on unethical issues. Developing strategies to strengthen moral courage is essential to address the ongoing ethical and moral dilemmas that nurses face every day in their profession.
