Hue-Saturation-Value (HSV) Colour Model Prediction and Incentive Mechanism Based on Okun's Law and Big Data Tracing

Via the principle of colour related psychology, this paper links Okun's law of economics with Hue-Saturation-Value (HSV) Model, establishing a new model, to realizes two results: the first is to predict regional colour preference, and the second is to realize the positive economic and social trend incentive in reverse reached by setting colour brightness. At the end of the paper, the idea of big data and machine learning experiment is put forward, which provides an original idea for future colour incentive mechanism based on data tracing and supervised learning.
