摘要
Objective
To analyze the correlation between hypothyroidism and adverse pregnancy outcomes.
Methods
Fifty pregnant women with hypothyroidism treated in Outpatient Department of Women & infants Hospital of Zhengzhou from March 2014 to March 2017 were selected as hypothyroidism group. Fifty pregnant women with subclinical hypothyroidism were selected as subclinical hypothyroidism group, and 100 pregnant women with normal thyroid function were selected as control group. The pregnancy outcomes among the three groups were analyzed.
Results
The rates of abortion, fetal malformation, placental abruption, premature delivery, low birth weight and abnormal thyroid function in hypothyroidism group were higher than those in control group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05). Subclinical hypothyroidism was also an important factor of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
Conclusions
Hypothyroidism can increase adverse pregnancy outcomes. Subclinical hypothyroidism is also an important factor of adverse pregnancy outcomes. Early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment have important clinical significance.
