摘要
The grounding system is essential in the substation operation and must be designed reliably, considering the grid conductor spacing, length, and a number of rods. This research aims to design an optimal grounding system substation by determining the permissible touch voltage and permissible step voltage through simulation with CYMGrd Software and the simulation-based IEEE Std. 80–2000 at the Tapak Tuan 150kV substation using a uniform soil model. In this case, a uniform soil model will be introduced, and a design methodology for the design of the substation grounding system was discussed. Based on the simulation results, people weighing 50 kg were safe in the Tapak Tuan 150kV substation area. As seen in the result, the values of Em (1015.91 V) < Etouch50 (1213.63 V) and Es (106.67 V) < Estep50 (4362.36 V) with the spacing between conductors along the x-axis is 10 meters, and the spacing between conductors along the y-axis is 5 meters. Further, the type of conductor used is Copper-Commercial Hard Drawn 150 mm 2 .
