Effectiveness of an online dialectical behavior therapy skills training in adults with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder: A randomized controlled trial

DBT-ST was found effective against the participants' ADHD symptoms. The treatment was additionally found to improve their emotion regulation and quality of life. Further investigation is needed to investigate DBT-ST in an online setting.
