摘要
In this article, the surface modification of LaFeO3 by silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) was used to prepare a nanocomposite (Ag/LaFeO3) based on LaFeO3, and its application in trimethylamine (TEA) gas sensitivity is studied. The structure and composition of Ag/LaFeO3 nanocomposite materials were characterized using SEM, EDS, XRD, and XPS. It was tested and confirmed that the Ag/LaFeO3 nanocomposite material exhibited excellent gas-sensing properties toward TEA gas. The response value for TEA at a concentration of 100 ppm and an operating temperature of $185~^{\circ }$ C was 337, which was approximately 8.16 times higher than the response of pure LaFeO3 at $200~^{\circ }$ C (41.3). The superior response of Ag/LaFeO3 material to TEA gas could be attributed to the electron sensitization and chemical sensitization effects of the noble metal element.
