Improvement of Nutritional Status of Patients with Adenomyosis Combined with Lower Extremity Deep Venous Thrombosis by Combination Therapy

This study aims to explore the effect of a comprehensive treatment scheme comprising conservative surgery, postoperative continuous subcutaneous infusion of gonadotrophin-releasing hormone agonist, rehabilitation training, and rivaroxaban on patients with adenomyosis complicated with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis and to provide a clinical reference. The study results showed that compared to the conventional treatment regimen, patients with adenomyosis combined with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis exhibited significant improvements in uterine function, thrombotic status, and coagulation after the combination therapy. In addition, they demonstrated superior nutritional status and a reduced risk grade for malnutrition. Based on these results, we believe that the combination of conservative surgery, postoperative continuation of gonadotrophin-releasing hormone agonist, rehabilitation, and rivaroxaban has higher clinical value in the treatment of adenomyosis combined with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis than the conventional treatment regimen.
