Dataset of article submitted to JGR-Oceans Coastal upwelling combines river plume to shape hypoxia in the Changjiang Estuary and adjacent inner East China Sea shelf
This dataset provides the shipboard hydrological and biochemical data obtained in the Changjiang Estuary and adjacent inner East China Sea shelf, and the cruise was conducted during August 4 to 21 in 2018 onboard the R/V Haili. There are thirteen sheets in the Data Table, including surface, 10 m, 20 m, 30 m, bottom, and sections from A to H. These high-resolution data collected using biochemical sensors of oxygen and Chl-a along with CTD (conductivity-temperature-depth) make it possible to investigate the spatial morphology of hypoxic zone and underlying dynamic mechanisms in the inner East China Sea shelf.
