Effectiveness and safety of long‐term therapy with alirocumab in acute coronary syndrome patients: A single‐centre retrospective real‐world study

There was a significant reduction in LDL-C levels with alirocumab with or without lipid-lowering therapy treatment in ACS patients in this real-world evidence study. The percentage of patients achieving LDL-C goals of <1.00 and <1.40 mmol/L were significantly higher than baseline 6 months after the adding alirocumab.
