Isolation and determination of polysaccharide in "Brassica rapa L"(Tibet herb)

To establish a simple and accreted method for the determination of polysaccharide in Brassica rapa L(Tibet herb).The spectrophotometry is used to determine the content of polysaccharide.The result shows that the coarse polysaccharide extraction is 16.16%,and the content of total polysaccharide is(67.90%.)
