Research Progress in Detection and Analysis Method for Bisphenol A in Food Packaging Materials

The physical and chemical properties of bisphenol A as a kind of environmental hormone as well as its impact on food safety in food packaging materials were summarized.The preparation method for measured sample of food packaging materials and the detection and analysis method for bisphenol A were introduced.
