Preventive effect of medical biological proteogel with anisodamine on the postoperative subcutaneous liquid collection of mastocarcinoma

Objective:To study the application value of medical biological proteogel with anisodamine in preventing the subcutaneous liquid collection and skin flap necrosis after the operation of mastocarcinoma.Methods:Sixty cases of mastocarcinoma were divided into two groups.The experimental group had thirty cases,and the control group had thirty cases.The biological proteogel was applied in the operative wound after hemostasis,drainage,pressure dressing after cutting specimen,and anisodamine injection at 20 mg,mixed with 100 mL physiological saline,was given to patients by phleboclysis soon after operation in experimental group.The biological proteogel and anisodamine injection were not applied to the patients after operation in control group.Results:The drainage of the experimental group in the first day and the total postoperative drainage were obviously lower than that of control group.The occurrence rate of skin flap nerosis was lower than that of the control group,the extubation time and length of stay were lower than that of the control group.Conclusion:The application of biological proteogel with anisodamine in the treatment of mastocarcinoma can effectively reduce the wound effusion,subculaneous hyrops and skin flap necrosis,and shorten extubation time and length of stay.
