Research on high penetration MAG welding process with single wire

On the basis of increasing welding current and voltage,two new types single wire high penetration MAG welding processes are introduced,these are fine wire high current MAG welding and DCEN MAG welding.The two welding processes are analyzed about welding arc process,metal transfer process and weld forming with high-speed film.The testing results show that selecting suitable shielding gas φ(Ar)98%+φ(O2)2% can obtain steady fine wire high-current MAG welding and DCEN MAG welding.
