Due to densely packing,stable and easy preparation,Self-assembled monolayer has a wide and potential application in many areas,especially in designing and fabricating new functional materials and molecule devices.Properties of self-assembled monolayers(SAM) and the applications in biosensor have been discussed in this paper.
