Preparetion and quality coutrol of Zhining lotio

OBJECTIVE To prepare Zhining lotio and to establish a method of quatily control for the solution.METHODSThe solution was prepared by mixing of purified extractives form the tradition chinese medicines such as Phellodendron amurense Rupr.and Sophora Flavescens Ait.,etc;The Rheum officinale,Sophora Flavescens and Herba Houttuyniae were identified by TLC;The content of berbere hybrochoride was determined by colorimetry.RESULTS The chraomatographic spots of the solution and reference Solution were identical.The(C20H17NO4Hcl) of 1 mL of the solution was not less than 0.02 mg.CONCLUSION The preparetion method is easy to operate,The quality was stable and controllable.
