Effect of MgO and MAT Additive on Property of Corundum Based Castables

Fusion-cast corundum,fusion-cast MgO and MgO-Al_2O_3-TiO_2 fine are used as raw materials.The effect of MgO and MgO-Al_2O_3-TiO_2 additive on the property of corundum-based castables is studied.The results indicate that the property of corundum-based castables with MgO-Al_2O_3-TiO_2 fine are better than that of corundum-based castables with MgO fine.
