Study on Preparing Process and Quality Standard for Fructus Evodiae

Objective:To investigate the influence of different preparing processes on evodiamine and rutaecarpine.Methods:Evodiamine and rutaecarpine were determined by RP HPLC with acetonitrile water (43∶57) as mobile phase, uv detection wavelength at 290nm.Results:There was no significant difference in active components:evodiamine and rutaecarpine of Fructus Evodiae prepared by different processes.Conclusion:The quality standards of different preparing processes for the active componeuts evodiamine and rutaecarpine are basicallyy similar.
