Study of Extraction Oil from Silkworm Chrysalis by Supercritical Carbon Dioxide

Silkworm chrysalis were taken as experimental materials of extraction. The effect factorsy extraction temperature, extraction time, extracting pressure on the supercritical extraction were studied with orthogonal design. The result showed that were theoptimum extraction conditions to the extracting temperature 35℃, extracting time 2 h, extracting pressure 25 MPa.
