Production of MSTN Gene Mutant Mice Using CRISPR/Cas9 System

In this paper, Myostatin gene mutant mice were generated using CRISPR / Cas9 system, which can be further applied to preparation of transgenic pigs. The results showed that CRISPR / Cas9 platform was established and MSTN gene mutant mice were generated successfully.
