Discussion on Bama Region Longevity Phenomenon

Bama Yao Autonomous County,which is located in the north-west of Guangxi,is a longevity population densely-occupied area which is concerned by academic circles and all kinds of media in recent years.According to the longevity standard proposed by the region longevity expert committee of the Chinese Old Age Academy,the authors made some preliminary investigation on the spot,and through statistical analysis on three censuses datas,initially decided that Bama Yao Autonomous County has a regional longevity phenomenon.Also the authors believe that,the formation of this kind of regional longevity phenomenon is related to factors such as heredity,ecological environment,diet,habits and customs,social culture condition,etc.
