Objective To screen superior Lactobacillus strain, and study its adjustment to vaginal Candidias albican dysbacteriosis.Method Lactobacillus was mutated to get an antibiotic-resistant strain of Lactobacillus 208.Metronidazole suspensions were given to the mice vaginally, and then Candida albicans was inoculated vaginally to get the mice vaginal Candida albicans imbalance model. Then the suspension of 2×108 CFU/mL Lactobacillus 208 was inoculated intra-vaginally.After the treatment vaginal fluid were analyzed, and vaginal tissue was detected by electron microscope.Result The amount of Lactobacillus in the vagina of mice models increased significantly, which excluded Candida albicans dramatically, indicating that the colonization resistance of the flora was recovered(P0.05).Conclusion The adhesion of Candidias albican to vaginal mucous membrane could be prevented by Lactobacillus imported from outside. The vaginal microecosystem could be adjusted and the vaginal mucous membrane could be mended by Lactobacillus.
