摘要
Objective To discuss the clinical significance of turbidimetry in the quantitative detection of serum helicobacter pylori antibodies(HP-Ab).Methods Turbidimetry and colloidal gold method were compared in the detection of serum HP-Ab.32 patients receiving physical examination whose measured values were larger than 60 AU/mL as detected by the turbidimetry received HP separate culture identification. Results The turbidimetry and the colloidal gold method were used to detect the HP-Ab of 300 copies of physical examination specimens respectively. The positive and negative cases of the quantitative turbidimetric detection were 100 cases(33.33%) and 158 cases(52.67%),which were not significantly different from the positive rate(107 cases,35.67%) and negative rate(172 cases,57.33%) of the colloidal gold method(P 0.05).The number of suspicious cases detected by the turbidimetry was 42(14.00%),which was significantly different from the weak positive rate(21 cases,7.00%) detected by the colloidal gold method(P 0.05).The number of positive cases and the positive rate(30 cases,96.75%) of HP separate culture identification of the identification group were not significantly different from those of the 32 patients receiving physical examination whose measured values were larger than 60 AU/mL as detected by the turbidimetry(P 0.05).The number of positive cases and the positive rate(2 cases,6.67%) of HP separate culture identification of the control group were significantly different from those of the 30 patients receiving physical examination whose measured values were between 15-60 AU/mL as detected by the turbidimetry(P 0.01).The number of positive cases and the positive rate(30 cases,96.75%) of HP separate culture identification of the identification group were significantly different from the number of positive cases and the positive rate(2 cases,6.67%) of HP separate culture identification of the control group(P 0.01).Conclusion Quantitative turbidimetric detection of HP-Ab can be applied to the automatic biochemical analyzer and is applicable for the detection of large quantities of specimens, the quantitative turbidimetric detection is more sensitive in the detection of suspicious HP infected cases. The measured value larger than 60 AU/mL as detected by the turbidimetry is highly suggestive of current infection.
