OBJECTIVE To determine the fingerprint of Fructus akebiae by RP-HPLC.METHODS The sample was separated on a Alltech C18 column with gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.UV detection wavelength was at 210 nm.Column temperature was at 35 ℃.RESULTS Nineteen common peaks in the HPLC profile were found in Fructus akebiae in 18 different growing areas.CONCLUSION The RP-HPLC fingerprint can be used to control the quality of fructus Evodiae.
