The Size Effection in the Elastic Torsional Stage

Based on the finite non-homogeneouselastic deformation theory,it deduces the micro-torsion elastic deformation formula. This can estimates the torsional size effection in elastic phase. It discusses the scale effection of the static and dynamic of torsion beams,the result shows that the micro torsion beam has a great scale effection in the elastic deformation.
