A micro Zn-modified Al current collector inducing uniform sodium nucleation for anode-free sodium batteries

High sodiophilicity micro Zn coatings are developed by a mild and rapid chemical deposition process on an Al current collector, which greatly reduces the nucleation overpotential and induces uniform sodium nucleation.
