摘要
Two rare C14-C15 chemical bond-breaking 7/5/5 skeleton schinortriterpenoids (SNTs), Wuweizinortriters A and B (1-2) were successfully isolated from the ethanol extracts of the leaves and stems of Schisandra chinensis., the determination of their structures was achieved by using NMR, MS, UV, and carbon spectrum calculation. Wuweizinortriters A and B (25 μM) moderately protected PC12 cells from CORT-induced apoptosis, with the viability increasing by 18.02% and 20.33% respectively, compared to the model group.
